CR's Take

This relatively inexpensive Youth urban bike helmet from Bell is rated excellent for impact absorption, excellent for ease of use and poor for ventilation. The limited adjustment features translate to a poor rating for fit adjustment. The length of the strap for the retention system can not be adjusted. This helmet comes in one size. The weight is relatively light among those we've tested which is a plus. This helmet has  reflective aspects for greater visibility in low light. It comes with a one year warranty.
