    Keram
The Orbea doesn’t handle trails as well as some of the other middrive models. It has so-so component quality, but it does well in tests that focus on its usability as the sort of bike you would use only on paved roads and rail trails, which are unpaved roads that follow the gentle grading of retired rail corridors. Even if it doesn’t quite measure up in the middrive cohort, it’s better than all the hub-drive models in our tests and has good range, braking, and acceleration. Its weak spot, testers find, is e-assisted climbing.
