    Turbo Tero 3.0
Like most of the mid-drive models CR tested, the Specialized Turbo Tera 3.0 provided good trail performance and handling, smooth power delivery, and big fun. Components like brakes and derailleurs aren’t top-of-the-line gear, but they’re not of poor quality, either. If you expect something good from a Specialized-branded bike, you’re not likely to be disappointed by this model.

    About

The Specialized Turbo Tera 3.0 electric mountain bike is, overall, a very good choice. This mid-drive bike has its electric motor located within the pedal crank housing, which allows e-assist to make the best use of the bike's mechanical gearing for more effective climbing, cruising, getting through difficult terrain. It also has hydraulic disc brakes, which worked better than cable-operated disc brakes, especially on long downhills.
