Prime Day 2026 starts next Tuesday and runs through June 26. The experts at Consumer Reports are keeping a close eye on Amazon and other major retailers as we approach the biggest sale of the summer. Amazon often launches early deals ahead of Prime Day, many of which remain at those prices through to the sale. So I’m bringing you some of the best offers available now. I’ve noted, wherever possible, whether the prices might improve during the sale next week and what they cost last year if they were on sale for Prime Day 2025.

And if you prefer to shop elsewhere, there’s a Walmart Deals event from June 22 to 28. Best Buy will be holding a Tech Fest from June 22 to 28, and Target will hold a Circle Deal Days sale from June 23 to 26. And while retailers like Macy’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s haven’t announced any plans to hold competing sales, they do tend to mirror Amazon’s prices, which means more opportunities to save are on the way, regardless of where you shop.

Sleep Essentials

The Tuft & Needle Original Foam Pillow is discounted already. Last Prime Day, it dropped as low as $40, though. So I’m including this deal as a wait-and-see for you to keep an eye on during the sale. It is made of polyurethane foam and has a micro-polyamide and polyester cover. Despite this composition, testers found that the pillow excels in breathability. According to our lab tests, it is a great choice for side sleepers but less ideal for back sleepers. Expect its firmness, height, and support to remain consistent with use.

Buffy Cloud Comforter

Buffy Cloud Comforter

Buffy’s Cloud Comforter is the softest choice in our at-home assessment, and it’s on par with last year’s sale price (but a couple of dollars cheaper). Thanks to its smooth, silky feel and fluffiness, the duvet is comfortable enough to use without a duvet cover. Made of recycled materials, it’s uniformly stuffed in layers to prevent clumping and shedding. The shell material is 100 percent sateen-weave Tencel lyocell.

Kitchen

The Meater+ meat thermometer, now $20 less than it was last week, is one of the most reliable digital thermometers. It’s easy to use, and given its top-notch accuracy, you won’t need guesswork to determine the doneness of brisket and other fleshy delights. It’s shaped like a thick ink pen with dual sensors—one for internal temperature and one for ambient temperature—and its size makes it better suited to girthier cuts. The Meater+ transmits temperature readings wirelessly to the companion smartphone app.

This large-capacity Zojirushi drip coffee maker is $4 less than it was last Prime Day. It’s the non-programmable version of one we’ve tested in our labs—though we haven’t tested this one, we expect its performance to be about the same. It has a shower-style mechanism to dispense water over the coffee grounds for even coverage, and our testers found the carafe easy to use. However, it didn’t quite meet our standards in our brew test in terms of bringing the coffee to a temperature of 195 to 205 degrees and maintaining it for five to six minutes. But Zojirushi, as a brand does have top scores for reliability and owner satisfaction for its drip coffee makers.

The Ballarini Parma Non-Stick 10-piece nonstick cookware set includes two frying pans, two saucepans, one sauté pan, and a stockpot (lids also count as separate pieces). In our lab tests, we found the pans’ speed of heating and cooking evenness to be excellent. Nonstick food release and durability were also very good, and this set did a very good job of evenly simmering tomato sauce. We haven’t seen a deal on this set quite as good since last Prime Day, when it was $10 more.

Cuisinart ICE-21P1 Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream, & Sorbet Maker

Cuisinart ICE-21P1 Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream, & Sorbet Maker

If you’re interested in making your own ice cream at home, this could be a great lower-cost option. We really liked the consistent, creamy texture of the sorbet and ice cream that came out of the Cuisinart. This was true both immediately after production and after we froze them overnight. The sorbet was a bit icier and less perfectly consistent than that made by the other ice cream makers we tried. But that was easily remedied by dragging a spatula around the sorbet to smooth out some of the ice midchurn.

Hair Care

Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Biotin Dry Shampoo

Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Biotin Dry Shampoo

The Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Biotin Dry Shampoo really only ever goes on sale around these big events. It was the same price last summer during the sale, so it’s a great opportunity to buy now. This is a nearly perfect product among the dry shampoos we evaluated. It absorbs grease well and blends easily with different hair colors. It’s also pretty comfortable on your scalp. Any dryness the evaluators felt was slight and didn’t cause any noticeable discomfort. The scent of the product is light and not too overpowering, according to most of our evaluators.

SheaMoisture Coconut + Hibiscus Frizz-Free Curl Mousse

SheaMoisture Coconut + Hibiscus Frizz-Free Curl Mousse

If you’re looking for soft curls, this lightweight foam could be worth a look. This mousse tells you how many pumps of product you should apply to each section of hair because it provides a guide for varying hair lengths. Because the foam is so lightweight and watery, it spread through our testers’ hair evenly and didn’t leave any clumps of sticky, stiff hair strands. We found it worked best for our testers who had finer hair, so if you’ve got thicker hair, it’s probably a skip.

Self Care

Nek Tek Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager

Nek Tek Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager

This massager, made famous on TikTok, is now $5 less than the best price we’ve seen in months. One reviewer found the nodes pressed into their neck uncomfortably, but two others who tried it loved it, so you might find the massager is just right or not right at all (but don’t worry—there’s a 30-day return window on Amazon). However, when it came to heat, this massager really shone. It reaches temperatures of 109° F. You can use this massager on various body parts, and it even comes with a car adapter, making it a boon for road trips.

We found the Onlyone Water quite easy to use and charge. Despite its smaller countertop footprint, it holds quite a lot of water, which means longer flossing sessions without needing a refill. The removable tank has a large opening, which facilitates easy filling.

Headphones

If you want earbuds, but don’t like the feel of plugging up your ears, the Bose Ultra Opens are a unique option. They hook on your ear, just above the lobe, kind of like a cuff-style earring. They sound surprisingly good, too, once you get the placement just right. And it’s totally easy to hear things around you with a clarity that the "transparency" mode of most earbuds can’t match.

TVs

The Hisense 75 U8QG is a higher-end 2025 4K ULED set, positioned just below the flagship Hisense U9QG model. It performed very well in our picture quality tests and offers great high dynamic range performance. (It supports both Dolby Vision and HDR10+ HDR formats.) It has a lot of features, including a Mini LED backlight with local dimming, a 165Hz native refresh rate, and support for Dolby Atmos audio. The 4.1.2-channel speaker system delivers great sound. The set utilizes the Google TV smart system, featuring a built-in Google Assistant.

This is a nice discount, but it was $100 less earlier this year, so the price may be better around Prime Day.

Part of Samsung’s 2025 Frame Pro series, the Samsung QN55LS03F is a 55-inch QLED TV equipped with a full-array LED backlight and local dimming. Like other Frame models, designed to display artwork and photos from Samsung’s art store when you’re not watching TV, it features a picture frame-like design, a matte screen for a print-like appearance, and minimal reflections. It comes with a slim wall mount that allows the TV to be placed flush against the wall. It’s been this price for a little bit now, so the deal might get better for Prime Day.

Tech Gear

Despite its relatively small size, the second-gen Sonos Beam is a 5.0-channel model with numerous features, and it’s priced several hundred dollars below the company’s Arc soundbar, which is also highly recommended (see below). The newer Sonos Beam has more processing power than its predecessor, along with support for HDMI eARC. It also supports Dolby Atmos immersive audio, though it lacks upfiring drivers.

Samsung’s Galaxy Watch7 is now $40 less than it was last week, so this may be its Prime Day price. This is a sleek-looking and high-performing pick, particularly if you own a Galaxy phone, and its stylish design means you can feel comfortable wearing it just about anywhere. The Watch7 offers some of Samsung’s latest health, fitness, and safety features—including sleep apnea detection, swimming stroke analysis, and daily AI-enabled Sleep and Energy scores, which make it easier to keep tabs on basic health metrics. It also has more standard features, such as automatic workout tracking, heart rate and blood oxygen level monitoring, and heart rate variability tracking.

If you want an iPad, this 2025 entry-level model is our pick as the best tablet for most people—and discounts on Apple products tend to remain fairly consistent, so odds are it will be this price for Prime Day too. It has a beautiful 10.9-inch display, 128GB of storage, and the ability to record HD video. And its battery lasts a decently long time in our testing: 14 hours during video playback and 9 hours browsing the web.

Fitness

The price for this set has increased $30 since last month, so you may be able to save more during Prime Day. Each dumbbell in the Core Home Fitness Adjustable Dumbbell Set is automatically balanced because of the easy, one-handed adjustment of simply twisting the handle. Like the NordicTrack and PowerBlock sets below, the Core Home dumbbell comes with a good handgrip, and each dumbbell is shorter at lighter weights. Still, we found that each can be harder to replace in the cradle in some settings. At heavier settings, the dumbbells didn’t come out of their cradle without holding the cradle down.

Home Products

We like the Shark Vertex Pro IZ662H’s many features. The wand can be bent to reach underneath furniture better, and the vacuum itself folds to allow for more compact storage. While it’s only decent at cleaning carpets, the vacuum shines in cleaning up pet hair and bare, uncarpeted floors. The price for this vacuum fluctuates, but this is the lowest we’ve seen in months.

The Miele Duoflex scores well in nearly all of our cleaning tests, and it’s $20 less than it was last week. It’s excellent at cleaning debris from bare floors as well as picking up pet hair. It’s only so-so at vacuuming dirt from carpets, but that’s not uncommon for stick vacs, which aren’t as powerful as uprights. What stands out the most about this model is how easy it is to use; we like how simple it is to remove the vacuum’s dustbin and clean its filter.

The portable Blue Pure 211i Max is a good price right now. Last Prime Day, it was $200, so you will likely be able to save more next week. It does a terrific job on its higher setting, removing dust, pollen, and smoke, but expect a bit of noise. Try it on low and you’ll have more quiet while still experiencing top-notch results. This model is designed for use in a large space of 350 to 650 square feet and costs about $109 a year to maintain. It also weighs just 17 pounds, making it easy to move around.

Household Staples

Persil Ultra Pacs Everyday Clean Original

Persil Ultra Pacs Everyday Clean Original

If you’re often washing coffee stains from clothing on laundry day, this is not the single-dose laundry detergent for your home. Persil Ultra Pacs Everyday Clean Original received poor scores for their removal of coffee stains in our lab tests. It fared better against body oil, dirt, and chocolate stains. At a discount of over 70% off, if you have minimally stained clothing, this could be a great buy this Amazon Prime Deal day. Like many other laundry detergent pacs we’ve tested, their performance was minimally affected by water hardness.

Smart Home

The Google Nest Video Doorbell (Battery) is at its second-best price right now—it was $10 less last Prime Day. It offers impressive data security, speedy response times, and decent video quality in our lab tests. It’s also one of the few video doorbells to give you monitoring zones, object recognition (of people, packages, animals, and vehicles), and three free hours of cloud video storage without a monthly subscription. Cloud video storage and additional features (such as facial recognition) require a Google Nest Aware subscription.
