After each use, when slightly warm, scrape out food residue and rinse with hot water. Stubborn residue, use a touch of dish soap and green scrubber. Towel dry and put back on stove at medium heat to completely dry the frypan. Put cooking oil in pan, spread with towel and wait until it cools to wipe out excess.
