In April 2022, Elite Comfort Solutions recalled this Nectar Premier Mattress, saying that it fails to meet the federal flammability standard for mattresses and poses a fire hazard. The mattresses were sold exclusively at NectarSleep.com from July 2021 through September 2021. Affected king size mattresses have a date of manufacture of 9/24/2021 and Queen mattresses have a date of manufacture of 9/27/2021. No incidents or injuries have been reported. If you own this mattress, you should contact Nectar Sleep for a free replacement or a full refund.
