Better Business Bureaus

BBBs are nonprofit, business-supported organizations whose chief missions are to promote ethical advertising and selling practices and to resolve disputes between consumers and merchants. They can also provide information about unresolved complaints against specific companies to help consumers decide whether or not to do business with those companies.
