I concur with all the bad reviews. Consumer Reports is NOT up to date on this product. It has changed drastically. Smaller rolls, NOT at all soft....I am now looking for the OTHER best toilet paper. Perhaps CR needs to update more often. Thanks

Comment:
The quality of this product has severely degraded in the last few months. No longer is it strong or tear resistant. The favorable Consumer Reports test results of 2012 do not apply to the current product of 2014.
