Gas prices are up in most areas around the country compared to the week before. However, this is the first time in two months that an area has seen a decrease. The national gasoline average is $.32 above the price this time last year. Diesel fuel is about $.22 above this time last year. Premium fuel is $4.17, up about five cents from last week.
