"Android Auto frequently fails to engage for several minutes and data transfer cable has to be unplugged and the ar restarted for me to engage in using Android auto. Using the Hey Google command frequently does not work.. Again I have to unplug the USB Cable and restart the Car car for Google Assistant to work. During these situations, when a call comes in, the phone rings rather than the CHEVROLET Link/Bluetooth Speakerphone in the car"

Can not stop voice help from talking.My voice command must be confirmed verbally. VERY annoying. Will never lease another Equinox because of this."

Several items did not work including cruise control, lane departure, as well receiving an email while driving that the PS air bag was non operational. It was repaired at the dealer"

"The system drop the connection every time you stop the car (such as to go into a gas station or convenience store) even though the phone is left in the car an is plugged in. This is a big problem, such as when on a "road trip." The only way to avoid the problem is to take the phone out of the car, walk out of bluetooth range, then start pairing (automatically) all over again. The two dealer repair centers where I took it insisted the problem was either a non-standard USB cable or an "old" phone. I recently replaced my [not old] phone with a new phone and it came with a new USB 3 cable. Noooo! I just informed the dealer that I still have the same problem (while in for transmission slippage and front end problems)."
