"It cost us 1200 dollars to get Android Auto, Apple Carplay, and the bluetooth to work correctly. It sounds like both of the plugin ports needed to be replaced and somehow that affected the bluetooth as well"

Always have to hit the SD card removed reset button to clear screen. Took to a dealer and they can't fix it..can replace whole unit, 400+ dollars but, it's not a Guarantee"

"Lest than 2 years after having a failed transmission replaced the replaced transmission failed and GM would not warranty it because they claimed a coolant line had failed and was the cause of the transmission failure. Just a way to not honor the warranty. GM does not stand behind their warranty."

Both times GM refused to do replacement under warranty, they blamed me both times. There is definitely a problem with the transmissions in this vehicle. Will again by a GM product as they do not stand behind their product.""

""Our 2019 CHEVROLET Equinox has been excellent for the last 9-10 months since the last battery replacement we experienced. The first problem that has popped up is a tire pressure device in the right front tire. Otherwise, we are thrilled that there hasn't beem a repeat of the previous issues with the electrical system.""

"in winter if it is cold for several days, the doors freeze and the locks freeze and we cannot get into the car. It has been a problem since we bought it in 2019. Have not resolved it. tries sprays etc. didnt usually solve the problem. Also when restarting the car, the heat does not work until I get in the car to start it. My previous car used to heat up right awy once I remotely started it."
