What Owners Say
"Just excellent. Good older z71!"
Anonymous, WI (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)"Acceleration is good at highway speed. Great handling even when loaded or towing."
Anonymous, NC (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)"It's all good."
Terri J., VA (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)"Very responsive. Does an incredible job of pulling my 26' trailer."
B M., WA (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)"Great handling for a car of this size. Drives like a Cadillac, especially when loaded. Does not drive like a truck."
Walter R., WA (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)"It is a "Quadrasteer" model, i.e., it has four wheel steering. They were only made 2003-05. I'm keeping it forever. The Quadrasteer lets this big powerful SUV turn tighter than a Honda Civic, and greatly improves handling when towing a trailer."
KARL D., OH (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)"The constant pull to the left and 'oil canning' it's a big void inside and the body flexes creating the 'oil can' effect. Do not think the vents are large enough."
Anonymous, VA (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)"Steering seems to wander, although there are 17" wheels installed. Alignment has been checked. Tire pressure is correct."
Anonymous, FL (2003 Chevrolet Suburban)
"5.3 liter engine provides great acceleration and the suspension provides a great ride, handles all road conditions at various speeds. Driven to Valdez Alaska twice, and it handled the stretches of extreme road dips (frost heaves) and driving on heavily pot holed dirt roads. Four wheel drive works great in snow and mud"
