"I do a lot of highway driving with this truck and it handles well, has plenty of power and is very comfortable for a 3/4 ton truck."

"An F250 can haul weights far more than 3/4 ton! I carried 3 tons locally without hitting body suspension bottom out rubber .. the shifting was and is not as smooth. Apparently Ford ran out of standard transmissions at factory and had to purchase from a separate supplier. The new transmission not as smooth shifting, it’s from good to poor per differing throws. It was one of 10,000 or less installed. I did not want automatic my choice fully."

"We bought this truck to pull our 5th wheel recreation vehicle. It was sold at a price that made it a good bargain and then we got an incentive from the dealer. No problems with the vehicle until a month ago. It was a sensor in the exhaust system. Misdiagnosed first time but fixed quickly when I took it back to dealer. Price was not cheap to repair. We love the looks and the quality of the interior, We get compliments on the looks of the exterior. Safe, comfortable ride."
