Hyundai Palisade Hybrid

In addition to a roomier interior, upscale design, and added technology, the 2026 Palisade is now available as a hybrid. One of the few three-row hybrid SUVs on the market, it promises fuel economy of between 29 mpg and 34 mpg combined, depending on how it's equipped. It's powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with two electric motors and a six-speed transmission, generating a total of 329 hp--a 42-hp boost over the nonhybrid. Otherwise, it's almost identical to the nonhybrid model, including optional all-wheel drive, seating for seven or eight passengers, and a luxe interior on the Calligraphy model. Every Palisade comes with Hyundai's SmartSense suite of active safety and driver assistance systems, along with ACC, LCA, a built-in dash cam, and a rear occupant alert system.
