"Jeep reliability is POOR. I've had several trips to the dealer for problems that existed on previous models of Jeeps that have not been addressed (ex. unreliable heating and cooling that is very expensive to fix), plus problems that new cars aren't supposed to have (ex. power seat on hardly used passenger side that failed), and costly oil pump repair, check engine lights related to transfer case and torque converter to name a few. Car is fun to drive and gets me places in the mountains that other vehicles would struggle with, but I would try a highly reliable Toyota or Subaru next time around."

"Two complaints: 1) door handle position is very awkward, I have to stretch VERY far to reach it when door is open. I'm 5'3" tall. It changes since the 2001 Limited model I owned didn't have this problem. 2) The handle is in the wrong position to be properly used when getting in the vehicle. My old jeep had a handle on the upright window support (not sure what that piece is called between the window and the door ), this jeep has the handle recessed in the headliner area where it cannot be useful"
