"When we purchased the vehicle we purchased a platinum protection plan that covers bumper-to-bumper 10 years 100,000 miles everything from the dealership. On Father's Day of 2020 my battery died and was in touch with Kia"˜s roadside assistance. They sent a tow truck which was really a pick up truck to give me a jump and when it wouldn't start the gentleman opened all my windows and sunroof and said he needed to be towed back To my home which was 110 miles away. I was in another state I was without my husband I was stranded overnight until Monday morning when the Kia dealership open In morning. Once the Kia dealership opens I got another tow a quarter-mile away to them it's at the not even three minutes to start my car. Because it is just a jump. But because the previous tell company wanted money I saw dollar signs I was stranded and Kia Service would not help me whatsoever The never reimbursed us for anything and the gentleman that wanted to tell me that I refused ripped out all the electronica components from my "“ Kia has still not reimbursed us nor has followed up with any claim that we've made in regards to death and it cost us an additional $750 just to get my battery Jumps. The towing company thought that they would get money because it was a brand new car I am where I lived and they wanted to $800 for the towing and when I refuse to have it towed that's when they removed all the electrical components am under my steering wheel. I was on the phone with Kia the whole time this was going on they did nothing to help me I was stranded overnight with a car wide-open in a town that I was not familiar with in a different state to this day they have not made it right and it cost us $750 out of pocket for the electron a components ripped out of my car by their service"
