Sound Quality: Overall, we found the speaker delivers near accurate and detailed sound. Expect fewer distortions or other audio issues. The bass, which covers instruments such as bass drums, bass guitars, or stand-up bass, has good impact and goes deep, and it is somewhat prominent and boomy. Midrange, such as guitars, horns, and voices from music or podcasts, is fairly even, but it is somewhat hazy, a bit congested, a touch grainy. Treble, which may include cymbals or the upper range of violins, is extended, but it is a bit subdued, smeared, sizzly. Does a decent job of recovering room ambience. The soundfield extends somewhat above and to the sides of the speakers, and while individual instruments and voices are identifiable, they only have a two dimensional quality. Volume is enough to fill a medium sized room. If you choose to pair this speaker with another, the stereo set can be placed to provide better separation than other models.
