Charter F
This model doesn’t offer much in terms of performance—it has limited range, lackluster hillclimbing and cruising performance, and only mediocre acceleration. But it is easy to fold and store, and isn’t insanely heavy like some other folding models CR has tested. It also has a novel feature that might make it harder for thieves to abscond with your expensive e-bike battery—it’s mounted in the seat post and connected with a detachable wire, which means you can grab the seat and post and bring them with you if you have to lock up the bike outside.
