Cyber Monday is here, and on Amazon, you can find major deals and discounts on everything from TVs and other tech to home and kitchen products. But with so many options, it can be a challenge to spot the best discounts on high-quality products.
With so many options, it can be a challenge to spot the best discounts on high-quality products. So we’ll be combing through the myriad offers to find great prices on products that have performed well in our labs and homes. The best deal isn’t always the cheapest or the biggest discount, especially if the product doesn’t live up to your expectations. We take into consideration a variety of factors, including a model’s performance in CR’s tests, its predicted reliability based on data from our member surveys, and the size of the discount compared with the original list price and the current “street price” (i.e., the typical cost of the product).
If you’re looking for more discounts, check out the best offers on CR’s Deals Hub.
Headphones
This price beats the Prime Big Deal Days offer by $16, so this is a great time to buy if you’ve been waiting. These are Apple’s bestselling earbuds, with good reason. They sound good and offer effective noise canceling, including a transparency mode that pipes in outside sound so that you’re not fully cut off from the world while out walking. Better yet, says Apple, a free over-the-air upgrade will allow the model to deliver a clinical-grade hearing test, which, if necessary, can be used to turn the Pros into an over-the-counter hearing aid.
Shopping for noise-canceling headphones on a budget doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice performance. Case in point? The SoundCore Life Q20s, which have now dipped back to their best price. These over-ear headphones have enviable sound quality and noise cancellation. You don’t get adjustable levels of noise cancellation, though. According to the manufacturer, the headphones have a generous 40-hour battery life.
The Audio-Technica ATH-SQ1TW are sleek wireless earbuds that sound really good and have a decent array of features, including an unusual low latency mode, which reduces the slight lag you sometimes get with Bluetooth headphones, for better performance with games and videos. According to Audio-Technica, they have a 6.5-hour battery life, and the charging case stores an additional 13 hours of power.
Bowers & Wilkins, aka B&W, might not be a household name, but this British company has been making audiophile-grade speakers and headphones for decades. The PX7 S2e delivers on both noise cancellation and lively sound quality. The price for these headphones just dropped to the lowest it’s ever been after sitting at $330 for several weeks.
The JBL Tune 510BT is already a budget-friendly option, but at this low price, it dips it into stocking stuffer territory. This Bluetooth model delivers sound quality in the ballpark of far more expensive headphones, and it has a 40-hour advertised battery life. It sits on the ears, which some people find more comfortable than being engulfed by bigger, over-the-ear style cans. As an extra perk, you can use the headphones with a cable if you forget to charge them. These aren’t noise-canceling headphones, but for the price, they’re hard to beat.
You might think of the Pixel Buds Pro as Google’s answer to Apple’s AirPods Pro. These noise-canceling in-ear headphones are designed to work best with the company’s Pixel phones and smartwatches and Google Assistant, although you can certainly use them with any phone. Our testers report that Pixel Buds sound a bit bassy but are otherwise satisfying. At this very nice price, the Pixel Buds Pro are worth looking into.
These Sony earbuds may be a bit expensive, but their stellar sound quality makes them more than worth it if you care about music. Walmart’s price matches the best we’ve seen, and Amazon’s comes close. They’re sleek successors to the company’s stellar WF-1000XM4s, and they deliver so much musical detail that you’ll hear your favorite songs in a different way. The noise-canceling performance of the XM5s is top-notch as well, and they have a very effective ambient mode that pipes in outside noise for safety or convenience.

TVs
Situated right below Samsung’s pricier flagship QD-OLED TV for 2024, the Samsung QN65S90D is a smart all-around buy, with commendable picture quality and HDR performance. It has a lot of features, including an ATSC 3.0 tuner for receiving NextGen TV off-air signals where available. Note that it’s at, or close to, this price at several retailers.
Anyone looking for a top-performing 65-inch OLED TV should consider this model, situated just below the G4 flagship series in LG’s 2024 lineup. It’s back to the same low price we saw during Prime Big Deal Days which is also the lowest price yet, making it a great option. The set delivers great picture quality, HDR performance, and sound, and supports up to 144Hz gaming.
This 55-inch 4K Amazon Fire TV, part of the company’s step-up Omni series, does well for overall picture quality, though it’s less than impressive for HDR. (It supports both Dolby Vision and HDR10+ HDR formats.) Its main drawbacks are a limited peak brightness and the lack of any local dimming feature to improve blacks and contrast.

Kitchen Appliances
The NuWave Brio is now at the lowest price it’s ever been, and we don’t expect it to go any lower. It has especially easy-to-use controls that make it easy to adjust temperature and time during the cooking process. In our tests, we also found it to be pretty quiet when operating. Its measured capacity is 2.9 quarts, so it’s not the right air fryer if you like cooking for a crowd. But it’s perfect for small batches of fries or vegetables, or cooking dinner for one to two people. It comes with an impressive 100 programmed cook settings for specific foods and 50 memory slots where you can save your temperature and cooking time preferences. It’s dishwasher-safe and comes with a one-year warranty.
Dash may not have the same name recognition as Ninja or Cuisinart, but the 2.6-quart Dash Tasti-Crisp Ceramic DCAF26CM air fryer earns solid scores in CR’s tests and comes at a sale price that’s better than we’ve seen so far for this model. With food contact surfaces made of nonstick ceramic, it earns top marks for ease of cleaning even though it’s not dishwasher safe. We found it runs more quietly than many other air fryer models to boot. The DCAF26CM has a small footprint, making it a smart choice for a dorm room or for those with limited counter space.
If you’ve been holding off on buying a top-of-the-line Breville toaster oven like The Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro BOV900BSSUSC and missed out on the previous deals we’ve seen at this price, now’s your chance to nab this staff favorite. Its air fryer mode could eliminate your need for a separate appliance for that task. And unlike many toaster ovens, this one has an interior oven light so you can check on how that back row of cookies is progressing while they bake (a task this oven performs admirably, according to our tests. And while (confoundingly) not all toaster ovens are all that great at toasting, this one did an excellent job in our tests involving both one slice and full batches.
This Mr. Coffee machine is designed for people who like a lot of different styles of coffee and prioritize flexibility in their coffee maker. It brews both hot and cold coffee in single servings, and it comes with a reusable tumbler, lid, straw, reusable coffee filter, and dual-sided scoop. It’s worth noting that it didn’t perform particularly well in our tests. Its brew performance passed muster, but our testers found it to be fairly difficult to operate and clean. The machine also required some time to cool off between runs, though if you’re using this only for single cups of coffee at a time, that shouldn’t be an issue.
At just 5 inches wide, the Keurig K-Slim is an especially sleek and compact pod coffee machine that performs admirably in our tests. It brews speedily and consistently in terms of cup size, and our testers found it intuitive to operate and clean. It’s a little inconsistent in terms of temperature. But with four brew sizes, a height-adjustable drip tray, and a removable water reservoir, it’s an efficient and effective coffee maker.
The GE G8H1AASSPSS blender is an immersion model that comes with a whisk and chopper, and it’s available now at a sweet price. It showed excellent performance in our soup puree tests, and the chopper attachment did a great job grating cheese. The whisk attachment allows you to quickly whip egg whites to stiff peaks and easily turn heavy cream into rich whipped cream.
Cookware
At just about 5 pounds, this six-quart Dutch oven from Our Place is lightweight—but only in the best sense of the word. When it comes to performance, no other Dutch oven in our ratings matches it. It earns excellent scores from ease of cleaning to bread baking, sauce simmering, cooking evenness and speed of heating. Made of aluminum with a ceramic coating, it’s also induction-compatible, and oven-safe to 425° F.
The 5.5-quart Le Creuset Signature has been a top performer for years. And while some newcomers perform just as well, the Le Creuset name is still highly sought after. The speed of heating is top-notch, and this Dutch oven is a cinch to clean. But if you bake a lot of bread, there are better choices. It weighs 12 pounds, less than most, and has an 8-inch cooking diameter. The loop handles are nice and wide.
The nonstick cast-aluminum Swiss Diamond frying pan earns top marks for cooking evenness, and our fried eggs didn’t stick. It also earns our top rating for durability, withstanding the punishment of our steel-wool abrasion test. Construction is sturdy, and the handle stays cool to the touch during cooking. You won’t be able to use it on your induction cooktop, however.
The simple yet traditional hand-hammered Craft Wok 14" Carbon Steel Wok very rarely comes on sale at a price this low. This model aces CR’s tests for cooking evenness, but its round bottom makes it best equipped for a gas range (flat-bottom woks are best for smooth top and induction cooktops). And woks aren’t just for stir-fries. You can use them to deep fry foods, steam, and even make popcorn on the stove top. Like many carbon-steel woks, this Craft Wok doesn’t come pre-seasoned.

Vacuums
The Roborock Dyad Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner Mop’s strength is its ability to clean up wet messes, such as cereal and milk. It’s also great at suctioning up dry debris and removing dried stains. Our evaluators found it easy to clean after usage, and it comes with convenient features such as an auto-drying function for its brushrolls.
The pricey Miele Complete C3 Marin Vacuum Cleaner is currently the highest-rated canister vacuum in our ratings. It is stellar at suctioning debris from bare floors and picking up pet hair, and it’s also quiet compared to the other canisters. The vacuum excels at capturing all the dust it picks up, which can help if you have allergies or other respiratory issues.

Home Goods
The Coop Home Goods Premium Adjustable Loft Pillow is made of shredded memory foam and excels in our tests for support, no matter your size or sleep position. The Coop also keeps its shape well, showing little to no change in height or fluffiness in our resilience tests. Each pillow comes with extra foam, so you can adjust the filling to your liking. The only area where this pillow falls a bit short is in breathability—it sleeps slightly warm.
The portable Blue Pure 211i Max does a terrific job removing dust, pollen, and smoke on its higher setting, but expect a bit of noise. Try it on low, and you’ll have more quiet while still experiencing top-notch results. This model is designed for use in a large space of 350 to 650 square feet and costs about $109 a year to maintain. It also weighs just 17 pounds, making it easy to move around.
The kid sister to the 211i Max, Blueair’s 411i Max has a similar design, but for a smaller space—CR recommends a medium room or less. The portable air purifier delivers impressive results on its higher speed, and as with many air purifiers, it’s less effective on the lower speed. A true selling point is its relatively low annual operating cost and the fact that CR members are highly satisfied with their Blueairs. If you’re looking for an even cheaper option for a smaller room, the Pure 511 is another three-speed model that performs reasonably well in our tests. It’s now back to its lowest price.
The low-priced, ultrasonic Levoit Classic 300S can humidify a room of up to 505 square feet, which earns it a solid rating in our output test. It aces other evaluations too. It has a variety of features including automatic shut-off, a digital humidity display more accurate than those of most competitors, and the option to diffuse aromas.

Smart Speakers
The Amazon Echo Pop is the perfect way to test out a smart speaker in your home at a low cost. It’s 50 percent off right now, matching the lowest price we’ve seen for a smart speaker from the Echo family. The sound quality leaves a lot to be desired, so it may not be ideal if you’re looking primarily for music playback. But if you are more excited about adding smart functionality to any room in your house, this may fit the bill.
The latest orblike Amazon Echo tops its predecessor, the classic cylindrical Echo, in a number of important ways. The sonics are significantly improved, with a strong but slightly boomy bass and enough volume to fill a midsized room. Our testers also found that two Echo speakers sound good when paired in stereo, delivering you-are-there appeal.
Like its predecessor, the Amazon Fire TV Cube is a mash-up of an Amazon Echo and a 4K Fire TV streamer. Its universal remote control capabilities let you control a host of other compatible A/V gear, including TVs, soundbars, receivers, and even some cable and satellite boxes. New features include HDMI 2.1 connections—one input and one output—for controlling other devices using your voice. (One cool trick is that the Cube will also upscale any content from a source connected to its HDMI input.) Other features include support for WiFi 6E, support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10+ HDR, and an Off button that disconnects the microphones if you don’t want the device in an always-listening mode.
Smartwatches
The brand new Apple Watch Series 10—reviewed here for CR members—comes with a bigger, brighter display and faster charging capabilities, which might make tracking your sleep easier. The model is also equipped, for the first time, with FDA-cleared sleep apnea detection.
This rugged-looking (and high-performing) Samsung smartwatch is aimed at outdoors enthusiasts—and anyone who wants the latest premium health- and fitness-tracking features. Just note that Galaxy Watches only work with Android devices.
The lower-priced Amazfit Active Edge has a rugged look and a suite of health and fitness features, like automatic workout detection and blood-oxygen level monitoring. It also has an impressive claimed battery life of 16 days and works with both Android phones and iPhones.

Smart Home
The Blink Mini 2 is a small security camera that offers great video quality and speedy motion alerts. It can also work outdoors and store footage locally without a subscription, but each of those features requires you to buy an accessory. The former needs the Blink Weather Resistant Power Adapter, $10, while the latter needs the Blink Sync Module 2, $35, and a USB flash drive. Cloud video storage requires a Blink Subscription Plan. This camera is back down to its fall Prime Day price.
The Ring Battery Doorbell Plus is one of the company’s newer doorbells. It doesn’t excel at video quality, but it does provide strong data security, speedy alerts, and quick-loading live video feeds. Features include color night vision, a rechargeable and swappable battery pack, activity zones, and voice/app control via Amazon Alexa. Cloud video storage and additional features (such as person alerts) require a Ring Home subscription. This Ring doorbell is back down to its fall Prime Day price. You can also purchase it bundled with a Ring Stick Up Cam, worth $100, for $150 at Amazon.
Interested in a smart lock but don’t like hubs and dongles? The August WiFi Smart Lock connects directly to WiFi, no hub needed. It’s also a retrofit model, meaning it replaces only the interior side of your deadbolt so you can keep your existing keys. It performs quite well in our tests, including those for ease of remote access and convenience. Features include auto-locking and unlocking, access logs, electronic keys, and a door sensor.
One of the best (and least expensive!) doorbell cameras you can buy, the TP-Link Tapo D130 is now at its best price. It offers a bunch of features—even without a subscription. They include 24/7 recording with local video storage on a microSD card (up to 512 gigabytes, sold separately), AI object recognition (for people, vehicles, packages, and pets), activity zones, and color night vision. The model needs low-voltage doorbell wiring for power. Cloud video storage is available via subscription. This doorbell isn’t heavily discounted, but it’s such a great product that any discount is worth taking.
Twinkly Strings
To make your holiday light display really pop this year, consider the Twinkly Strings. We tried out these lights a few years ago and found them to be a fun way to put on an elaborate light show. The lights connect to WiFi, so you can customize them from your smartphone, but they also work with Amazon Alexa, Apple Home/Siri, and Google Home/Assistant.

Baby Products
The Babysense monitor, now $10 less than the previous best price, comes with its own display and handles the video feed locally, so it doesn’t have the privacy and security issues of internet-connected models. It has a 5-inch 720p display that falls a bit short of the best models we tested, but it should still work fine for most users.
Pet Products
Furbo Pet Camera
In evaluating the best pet cameras, the Furbo dog camera was our editors’ top choice, thanks to its aesthetically pleasing design and camera with a wide viewing angle. The ability to choose a voice prompt for the treat toss is a bonus. The device’s basic app features include live view, toss treats, talk to and hear your pet, and get barking alerts. The Nanny cam subscription includes cloud recording, advanced barking alert, Doggie Diary (a video summary of the day that you can choose to save to your device), activity alert, selfie alert, and person alert. And yes, you can still use the Furbo if you have a cat.
