Headphones

1MORE Quad Driver Wired Earphones
The deal:
$120 at Amazon
CR’s test results: 1MORE Quad Driver
The 1MORE Quad Driver is an exceptional deal even at the typical price of $170. These are some of the best-sounding headphones in Consumer Reports ratings, in-ear, over-ear, or otherwise. You can pay hundreds more for headphones and earbuds that sound worse. But this discount makes the earphones a really compelling option. They come with accessories such as a carrying case and a variety of ear tips to help you find the right fit.

Jabra Elite 65t True Wireless Earphones
The deal:
 $99-$109 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Jabra Elite 65t
Want outstanding true wireless earphones (think no cords or cables) that don’t cost a fortune? This deal makes the Jabra Elite 65t a fantastic option. They sound great and come with a number of appealing features. Usually they sell for about $170, but you can pick them up for around $100 at Amazon.

Jabra Elite 85h Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones
The deal: $250 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Jabra Elite 85h
The 85h delivers fantastic noise cancellation and dependable sound, and it's available for about $50 off the usual price at Amazon. Features include a detachable audio cable for wired connections, a monitor mode to let in outside sound, a quick-charge function, and an option that Jabra says will automatically adjust the level of noise cancellation based on your environment. Keep in mind there are a few noise-canceling models we like better that can be found for less, but these sleek-looking, feature-rich headphones may still be an appealing option for many shoppers.

Jabra Move Style Edition Wireless Headphones
The deal: $60 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Jabra Move Style Edition
At its normal price, this model is already one of our top picks for headphones under $100, and right now you can get it for $40 off. The Jabra Move Style Edition is an on-ear Bluetooth model with a sleek appearance and better-than-average sound. It comes with convenient features such as controls for call, playback, and volume, and the option to forgo Bluetooth and use the detachable audio cable included with your purchase.

Samsung Galaxy Buds True Wireless Earphones
The deal:
 $118-$119 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Samsung Galaxy Buds
The Samsung Galaxy Buds are true wireless earphones, the same style popularized by the AirPods without a cord connecting to earpieces. Despite what you might hear from Apple fans, our testers say the Buds sound quality blows the AirPods out of the water. In fact, they’re one of our top-rated headphones of any style. This isn’t a hefty discount, and you can pick them for about $10 more any day of the year, but it might be worth pulling the trigger if you’ve been thinking about a new pair.

Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones
The deal: $278-$279 at AmazonBest Buy
CR’s test results: Sony WH-1000XM3
For years, Bose was essentially the only game in town for top- quality noise-canceling, but Sony has been hot on their tail. This is one of the most popular models on the market, and while we still think Bose’s flagship model sounds better, the Sony delivers great sound and noise-blocking performance. This is a good price; they usually sell for about $350.

Laptops

13-Inch LG Gram
The deal: $899 at Amazon
CR’s test results: LG Gram 13 8th Gen
This laptop, which typically goes for closer to $1,200, has hovered near the top of our ratings for much of the year; only the 13-inch MacBook Pro ranks higher at the moment. The LG Gram has an Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, and a 256GB solid state drive, all of which makes it fully capable of getting “real” work done in common productivity apps like Microsoft Word and Excel. At 2.1 pounds, it’s also among the lightest laptops in our ratings. As for battery life, you're looking at more than 16 hours on a single charge.

Robotic Vacuums

iRobot Roomba e5
The deal: $279 at Amazon
CR’s test results: iRobot Roomba e5
This high-scoring model usually costs around $500, but at $279, this is a steal. This model isn’t as “smart” as the top-of-the-line i7+, but it performs well cleaning carpet and earns an Excellent rating in our bare floor tests. It has an average run time of 56 minutes, typical for robovacs. Shop this deal at Amazon through Dec. 7 (other retailers may have the same or similar offers).

iRobot Roomba i7+
The deal: $800 at Amazon
CR’s test results: iRobot Roomba i7+
Currently at $200 less than its usual price, the i7+ is one of iRobot's newest models, and it earns top marks in all of our tests. It also has a self-emptying dustbin that allows the robot to empty all the filth it picked up directly into a bag when it docks—no hands required. The average run time for this model is 25 minutes. This sale is happening now and it's unclear when it will end (other retailers may have the same or similar offers).

The deal: $159 to $229 at Amazon
CR's test results: Abode Essentials Starter Kit
This Abode home security system is a great DIY option for your home. It rates Excellent for security essentials in our tests and doubles as a smart home hub for controlling other connected products, such as lights and thermostats. The starter kit usually lists for $199. You can get it for $40 off or purchase it for $189 with one year of cellular backup (worth $80) or for $229 with one year of cellular backup and professional monitoring (worth $200). Canary Flex Security Camera
The deal:
 $133 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Canary Flex
At almost $70 off list price, the Canary Flex is a decent camera for the money. Its video quality is just okay, but it receives a Very Good rating for data privacy. It doesn’t offer as many smart features as competing cameras, though. It’s unclear when this deal will end.

Ring Video Doorbell 2
The deal:
$99 for a refurbished unit at Amazon, $129 for new unit at Amazon
CR's test results: Ring Video Doorbell 2
The Ring Video Doorbell 2 offers decent video quality and a good array of smart features, including monitoring zones and voice control via Amazon Alexa. This doorbell usually lists for $200, making these deals for $100 off a refurbished unit and $70 off a new unit a great bargain. For the refurbished unit, Amazon says the doorbell is "refurbished, tested, and certified" to work like new, and it comes with a one-year limited warranty. It’s unclear when the Amazon deals will end, but you can also find it at other retailers. Costco, for instance, has the same offer plus a one-year subscription to the Ring Protect Plus storage plan (worth $100).

Ring Video Doorbell 2 with Amazon Echo Show 5
The deal:
 $139 at Amazon
CR's test results:  Ring Video Doorbell 2
Get a new Ring Video Doorbell 2 as well as an Amazon Echo Show 5 (worth $90) for just $139, which is $150 off their combined list prices. We haven't yet tested the Echo Show 5 smart display, but it works with the doorbell to show you who is at your front door and let you virtually greet them. This deal ends Dec. 2.

Ring Video Doorbell 2 with Amazon Fire TV Cube (2nd gen)
The deal:
 $219 at Amazon
CR's test results: Ring Video Doorbell 2Amazon Fire TV Cube
You already know the Ring Video Doorbell 2 is a solid doorbell, but this deal gives you a new unit, as well as the top-rated Amazon Fire TV Cube (2nd gen) streaming media player. The Cube receives an Excellent rating for picture quality in our tests and its capable of streaming 4K video to compatible televisions. Get both products for $219, which is $100 off their combined list prices. It's unclear when this deal will end.

Ring Video Doorbell Pro
The deal: $129 for a refurbished unit at Amazon
CR's test results: Ring Video Doorbell Pro
The Ring Video Doorbell Pro isn’t the greatest doorbell in our ratings, but these discounts make it worth considering. Amazon is selling a refurbished model for $120 off list price. The retailer says the doorbell is "refurbished, tested, and certified" to work like new, and it comes with a one-year limited warranty. The doorbell rates Very Good for response time, but its video quality is lackluster. It's unclear when this deal will end.

Ring Video Doorbell Pro with Amazon Echo Show 5
The deal:
 $179 at Amazon
CR's test results: Ring Video Doorbell Pro
As you read above, the Ring Video Doorbell Pro isn't the best video doorbell, but this is still a great deal. This package includes a new doorbell (worth $249) and an Amazon Echo Show 5 (worth $90) for just $179. We haven't yet tested the Echo Show 5 smart display, but it works with the doorbell to show you who is at your front door and let you virtually greet them. This deal ends Dec. 2. Amazon is also selling the doorbell by itself for the same $179 price.

Smart Speakers

Amazon Echo Smart Speaker (3rd generation)
The deal:
$60 at Amazon
This price represents a significant discount from the Echo’s regular $100 price, and Amazon's smart speakers are likely to be widely discounted this holiday season. Consumer Reports hasn’t tested the latest version of this device, but our testers liked the ease of use and versatility of the previous generation model, although its sound quality ranked behind the best-sounding smart speakers.

Amazon Echo Show 5 Smart Speaker
The deal:
$50 at Amazon
That's a significant drop from the Show 5's $90 list price. Consumer Reports hasn’t yet tested the Echo Show 5, but our testers do give solid marks to the sound of the larger and more expensive Echo Show, calling it the best-sounding Amazon product they’ve listened to.

Amazon Echo Show (2nd gen.)
The deal:
 $150 at Amazon
CR's test results: Amazon Echo Show
This deal represents $80 off the usual price of $230 for the second-generation Echo Show. The Show, which features a 10-inch HD touch screen and a Zigbee smart-home hub, sits near the top of our smart-speaker rankings. The sound quality features robust bass, smooth trebles, and a real sense that the instruments are in the room with you. Our testers also found the Echo Show very easy to set up.

Streaming Devices

Amazon Fire TV Stick
The deal: $20 at Amazon
CR's test results: Amazon Fire TV Stick
This is a basic HD model, with solid performance, a low sticker pirce, and access to a decent amount of content. Its biggest advantage is the Alexa voice remote, which can be used to find, launch, and control content. The Fire TV Stick normally sells for $40.

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K
The deal: $25 at Amazon
CR's test results: Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K
This is another half-price deal, on Amazon's 4K player with Alexa voice control. Several retailers will also offer a bundle that pairs the Fire TV Stick 4K with an Echo Dot for $47.

Amazon Fire TV Cube
The deal: $90 at Amazon
CR's test results: Amazon Fire TV Cube
Amazon has cut the price of its top-end Fire TV Cube, a mashup of a streaming player and an Echo Dot that also lets you control other devices, such as a TV, receiver, or cable box. The Fire TV Cube supports Dolby Vision HDR. With this deal you'll save about $30 from the usual price of $120.

Roku Streaming Stick+
The deal: $30 at Amazon
CR's test results: Roku Streaming Stick+
For those who are looking to enjoy 4K picture quality and HDR but don't want or need an Alexa-enabled Amazon streaming device, this Roku model did well in our tests, and is now about $20 less than its usual selling price.

TVs

Vacuums

Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead

The deal: $300 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead
The Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead is superb on carpets and bare floors, and at getting rid of pet hair. It makes a bit of a racket as you work, but you’ll appreciate the clean emissions. Like the other Dyson models, this one's Overall Score takes a hit because of the brand's Poor reliability ratings. You’re saving $200 off the usual price.

Hoover React Whole Home Advantage BH53210
The deal: $110 at Amazon
CR’s test results: At less than half the usual price of $250, the Hoover React Whole Home Advantage BH53210 is worth a look. If you have a pet and bare floors, this vacuum will serve you well because it aces those tests. It’s also very good at cleaning carpet, and it zips effortlessly along the edges of the walls in our test lab and does so quietly. The one drawback of this Hoover is that it fails to fully contain the debris it sucks up, earning a Poor rating on that test. So bypass this deal if you have allergies.

Shark APEX DuoClean Zero-M Powered Lift-Away AZ1002
The deal: $300 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Shark APEX DuoClean Zero-M Powered Lift-Away AZ1002
The 17-pound Shark Apex DuoClean Zero-M Powered Lift-Away AZ1002 is bagless and has micro-filtration, as well as a detachable handheld canister and a 30-foot manual-wind cord. This high-end Shark is packed with bells and whistles, yet it underperforms in CR’s most important test: It rates just Good for cleaning carpet, a score that trails many uprights. That said, it cleans bare floors and pet hair especially well, has exceptional suction power, and its emissions are free of debris. This vacuum usually sells for $400.

Shark Ion F80 Cord-Free MultiFlex IF281
The deal: $250 at Amazon
CR’s test results: This 8.8-pound Shark Ion F80 Cord-Free MultiFlex IF281 tackles pet hair and bare floors with ease but struggles on carpet, so it might not be the best option if you have a lot of rugs in your home. It comes with two batteries, so technically you’re getting twice the cleaning time—in our tests it ran for 24 minutes on one battery charge. This model usually lists for $450.

Shark Navigator Lift-Away Professional NV356E
The deal: $211 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Shark Navigator Lift-Away Professional NV356E
The Shark Navigator Professional Lift-Away NV356E earns an Excellent rating for cleaning bare floors and a Very Good rating for cleaning carpet. It’s not the best at cleaning up pet hair, so look elsewhere if you share your home with a furry friend or two. This model is bagless and emissions are clean, but like all bagless vacuums, you have to take care not to release debris when you empty the bin. Suction through the hose isn’t very impressive, so this model isn’t ideal if you often use attachments. At its usual price of $250, this vacuum is already moderately priced, but now you can save $40 on top of that. In our member survey, Shark uprights earn a Very Good rating for predicted reliability and an Excellent rating for owner satisfaction.

Shark Rocket HV301
The deal: $152 at Amazon
CR’s test results: Shark Rocket HV301
This Shark stick vac normally sells for a little less than $200, so you’re saving around $50. Consumer Reports has not tested this model, though we tested a similar model, the Shark Rocket HV302. The Shark Rocket HV302 earns an Excellent rating for pet-hair pickup and does a super job removing surface debris from carpet. It’s also above average at cleaning bare floors. In our member survey, Shark stick vacuums get top marks for predicted reliability and owner satisfaction.

Shark Rocket Pet Pro IZ162H
The deal: $250 at Amazon
CR’s test results: There’s a lot to recommend about the Shark Rocket Pet Pro IZ162H, including its superb performance at cleaning carpet and bare floors, and vanquishing pet hair. It operates quietly, and emissions are clean, so you don’t have to backtrack over areas you already cleaned. But we had to ding this model for its poor performance cleaning along the edges of a room; it earns only a Fair rating on that test. This model usually lists for $300.

Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away NV752
The deal:
 $275 at Amazon
We haven’t tested this model, but we expect its performance to be similar to the Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away NV650, which we did test. The 650 is aces at cleaning bare floors and picking up pet hair, earning Excellent ratings on both tests. Cleaning carpet, however, was a bit of a challenge for this upright, so try another model if you have lots of floor coverings. The 752 usually lists for $350.
