What Owners Say
"Left front turn signal bulb blows. 7 bulbs in 3 yrs of ownership. Bulb does not blow. The socket melts one of the contacts on the bulb base. Dodge says its due to touching the bulb. Total lie. Had to threaten a lawsuit since my wife drives the car and when the left front turn signal is out, oncoming traffic cant see her intentions. I ended up getting her the 2017 Rogue and I took over driving the Dodge. It is extremely difficult to put new bulbs in the left front blinker. Air cleaner has to come out, hood gasket must be removed, and air snorkel has to be removed just to get to it. For this simple reason, I have reservations of buying the Durango again."
Ron B., FL (2015 Dodge Durango Limited 3.6-L V6)"turn signal light not working front left"
Anonymous, NY (2015 Dodge Durango R/T 5.7-L V8)"The front turn signal on the right side quit working numerous times. Finally on the fourth visit to the dealership, they've worked ever since. Knock on wood!"
Anonymous, OR (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 5.7-L V8)"Front turn signal bulb went out on each side at different times. 1 Left and 1 right"
William D., TN (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 5.7-L V8)"The rear tailgate light housing (LED) had water inside. I started to notice other Durango's with the same issue once I became aware of my own issue."
Anonymous, PA (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)"Taillight bar leaks water and causes part of the light to stop working."
Anonymous, TN (2015 Dodge Durango Limited 3.6-L V6)"Dim lights. Apparently meet national safety standards, but terribly under powered. Over driving lights at normal speeds. DANGEROUS. Have to drive with high beams on, and ironically oncoming traffic doesn't seem to be bothered. WHAT DOES THAT TELL you? Dealership says they're fine. They are wrong"
Bobby S., NH (2015 Dodge Durango Limited 3.6-L V6)"The headlights are way too under powered on high beam. DANGEROUS. Over driving line of sight constantly. Even oncoming cars don't flash me to lower my high beams! Been to dealer, they say they are fine and in line with govt standards. NOT."
Bobby S., NH (2015 Dodge Durango Limited 3.6-L V6)"Automatic dimming stopped working and has not been repaired properly to date. Camera was replaced. Was told it might be my toll pass blocking it, but neither cure worked."
Anonymous, WI (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)"Dodge charged $417 to replace one HID bulb. When the other bulb burned out,I found a replacement bulb on Amazon @ 2 for $24. With the help of You Tube I changed it myself with great difficulty but saving over $400. Both bulbs still working."
Fred A., MT (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)"Seat position memory fails repeatedly. Seat module has been replaced, seat track has been replaced. Dealer "calibrates" the seat, and the system works fine for a few weeks, then stops working again"
Shannon T., SD (2015 Dodge Durango Limited 3.6-L V6)"Right hand side interior light, under dash, cover keeps falling off."
Anonymous, ME (2015 Dodge Durango Limited 3.6-L V6)"The key fob will often say it has left the vehicle but it hasn't. The memory seat and radio program often resets."
Anonymous, PA (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)"Key fob works randomly. Won't lock/unlock doors, open rear gate, remote start vehicle. Constantly have to bang it against something to get it to connect. Changing battery doesn't help. Said to be an antenna problem since both key fobs do the same thing. Not really owner servicable. Extremely frustrating because it takes a long time periodically to get the car started."
Jim R., FL (2015 Dodge Durango R/T 5.7-L V8)"Failure to detect key unless it is right next to the button. Changing batteries did not help."
Anonymous, (2015 Dodge Durango R/T 5.7-L V8)"Quit workng, Dodge replaced it"
Anonymous, TX (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)"Intermittent or inop lane detection. Out of to recipe. Didn’t do it"
G J., MI (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 5.7-L V8)"Windshield wiper fluid would not come out - very disruptive during winter weather"
Anonymous, MO (2015 Dodge Durango Citadel 5.7-L V8)
"Left front Turn signal kept blowing the bulb. Took Dealer almost 2 years and 5 trips for it to be serviced before they finally stopped replacing the bulb and replaced the Socket"
