  • The CLA’s ride quality, handling, driving range, and powertrain are strengths.
  • But the touch-sensitive controls are terrible to use, and the large screens have lots of unused space.
  • The driving position is narrow and cramped, and outward visibility is significantly compromised.
  • We like having a built-in NACS port, but it’s only for DC fast charging, so home chargers won’t work.
