"Controls on the steering column (such as lights and window washers) are all black and there are so many choices that you have to take your eyes off the road to make sure you have the correct control. ALSO, at night there is no light for you to read the markings on the levers. I have to make BLIND choices and then hope for the best. Do not like the way you have to engage the cruise control feature. You have to keep turning it on. The control features are lower on the steering column under the lever for the wipers. I have turned on the wipers when I wanted to control the cruise function. Not being one to use the phone while driving, I would prefer the cruise control to stay off (even after turning off the engine) and then using the set, up and down controls on the steering wheel- like where the phone features are at. Also they need some back lights for the control buttons on the information panel. It is hard to find the Park button and Fan off button at night on a black console."

Did not call them yet pendig testing on my own. my dauger in law drove while I listened the back seat. The wind noise seems to be coming from the forward end of the rear hatch. Plan to tape over it as a test."

We did not even have to option to add comfort features. The powered driver seat comfort is not bad. The ride and noise is pretty good. The real problem is very limited built-in storage. The door cup holder only holds a very skinny water bottle. The back seat cup holder situation is not good. The 2009 Prius had better inside storage cubby holes. The phone charger bed in the console area eliminates space for any other storage except for a phone and 2 cup holders. So frustrating on those long drives. It is also easy to splash one's drink into the phone charge bed. The only well planned storage is for one pair of sunglasses. Toyota needs real people to do quality control for interior design. The inside looks good, but practical use is more important to me."
