"About a month, every time the car was started, went on and off five times and then usually worked. Took to dealer and radio replaced. Did not fix problem. Navigation was the problem. Took one visit to assess the problem and then two additional days to actually fix it."

This app is free for the the first 12 months trial period however has not been working properly. Over the last 6 months, the app stopped working for about 4 months after vehicle software updates. Toyota customer service line states that it requires software engineers to fix which did not happen until Mid-April 2020, after the apps were down for about 3 months. The last time it was down for about a month in December and was fixed after."
Anonymous, AB (2020 Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"The iPhone app that initially worked fully as designed to do things like remotely starting the vehicle simply stopped working. Uninstalling and reinstalling failed to correct, and helpless dealer has confirmed this is a known issue."

"In the rain it shows droplets of water and cannot see anything else. It appears a design flaw rather than something that can be fixed."
