What Owners Say
"I'll start the car and I will get nothing on the info center. I'll tap the radio on/off button and it will not turn on, screen will remain blank. Rear camera will work and will usually kick the info center into working but sometimes that doesn't work either. The screen has never stayed blank for more than 5 minutes so I have not done anything about it."
Anonymous, (2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited 2.4-L 4 Cyl)"Software problem prevents car 4G connection from working but only sometimes, prevents connecting to emergency services and roadside assistance. Jeep dealership indicated this is a software problem they can't fix. Need to wait for Jeep to come up with a fix."

"Every time the car connects to the phone through the USB port I get a different display. Some times Waze will give me directions on my phone, some times on the car. I never know what I'll get so I stopped plugging the phone into the USB and only run Waze on my phone. I use the entertainment only for radio and climate."
