CR's Take

The Lazer Sphere KinetiCore is a relatively expensive mountain and road helmet available in three sizes that earns high marks for both ease of use and impact absorption in our tests. It also performs well on ventilation, aided by internal cooling channels, and is among the lighter helmets in its category. The helmet features Lazer's Advanced TurnSys fit system with a full-dial occipital stabilizer and comes with a one-year warranty and a damage replacement program. It incorporates the company's KinetiCore technology, which uses molded foam structures within the helmet to help manage both linear and rotational impact forces. Additional features include an integrated eyewear docking system, compatibility with Lazer's Universal LED light, and a streamlined profile.
