listed below.
Consistency:
Sets with bands that progress from one resistance level to the next with more regularity score better at the measure.
Exercise range:
Models that offer more resistance levels have more options for exercises.
Uniformity:
How easy it is to go from one band to another with uniform changes in resistance for the same extension.
