The Theragun Prime has one of the triangle-shaped handles that we consider best for an ergonomic grip. According to Bernie Deitrick, a CR test engineer, compact mugs for multiple small servings (rather than one big pour) can optimize the flavor and retain the heat of coffee. Coffee on the go just got easier. And no, we’re not talking about a Starbucks drive-thru. Espro’s portable coffee maker comes in a standard size and shape, which makes it simple and easy to pack. Take out the French press filters inside and it could double as a water bottle or hot coffee cup (for brewed coffee).

Our curly-haired evaluator, CR Multimedia Content Creator Jodhaira Rodriguez, was impressed with how well and how quickly the Tymo Ring was able to straighten her "frizzy, dry hair." Though the smaller surface area meant that she had to straighten smaller sections of hair at a time, it was perfect for the baby hairs at the front of her head. Even with the brush pressed against her scalp, she felt no discomfort from the heat.

When it’s time for “me” time, consider the Bio Ionic Long Barrel curling iron. It gave our evaluators swoonworthy curls in a recent review. The extra-long barrel and multiple temperature settings produced bouncy, shiny curls that lasted for days for most of our testers, but one thought the barrel was too long for her short hair.

The Pebble Premium whetstone is a double-sided sharpening stone with a coarse and fine side on the same stone. You can sharpen any knife to the exact angle you want—a tool called a bevel gauge (sold at hardware stores) can help you find the angle—and you get good control. The stone needs a 10- to 12-minute soak before you work with it, so it’s best to sharpen all your knives at once. It put an edge on both of the knives our tester used to evaluate the sharpeners, which none of the electric or manual sharpeners could match.
