Honda Accord 2004 sedan
Trim Shown: Sedan
The Honda Accord is among our top-rated family sedans. Handling is more agile and the ride is steadier and more compliant than the pre-2003 model's. The cabin is roomy and controls are intuitive. A telescoping steering column helps drivers find an ideal seating position. The Accord is quiet, though less so than the Toyota Camry and VW Passat. The new five-speed automatic shifts very smoothly and responsively. The four-cylinder engine is smoother than many V6s. Head-protection air bags come only on the top-line EX V6. The V6 model is very quick and relatively fuel efficient. Touches such as the ability to open all windows through the key fob are nice. Crash-test results are impressive.
